TC Motion Repairs Ltd is a fast growing mobile engineering company that specialises in cranes and freight handling equipment as well as HGV trucks and trailers. Operating out of the North West and Midlands of England, we strive ourselves in our great customer service and need for perfection and safety in every job we undertake whilst keeping the costs for our clients as low as possible. Founded in 2016 by Tony Clarke, the business has grown from strength to strength all whilst maintaining our high standards and strong customer relations.

SafeContractor Accredited

TC Motion Repairs Ltd are proud to announce that they have achieved the SafeContractor Accreditation 2023/2024.

Alcumus SafeContractor is an accreditation scheme that assesses the health and safety arrangements, policies and qualifications of contractors. Many major clients recognise the scheme and accept the SafeContractor certificate as confirmation of competency in health and safety practice.

We at TC Motion Repairs Ltd pride ourselves in offering high standard HGV trailer services which include MOT’s, breakdowns, damage/accident repairs and trailer services.

We have mobile technicians who attend breakdowns covering the whole of the Northwest, fully equipped with well stocked vans along with the latest Scrutineer and EBS fault finding equipment on board.

Here at our fully equipped workshop facility on Haydock Industrial Estate, trailers are prepped for MOT’s and any repairs are carried out.

It all begins with this. Our highly skilled engineers know exactly what your machinery needs to keep it working in top condition. Preventative maintenance is the backbone of engineering and with our personalised service schedule we make sure that your machine’s unique needs are catered to.

When things go wrong you need the best to set things right. Here at TC Motion Repairs Ltd we pride ourselves on our speedy response times and excellent handling of high stress situations. We understand your equipment is vital to the economy of your company, because of this we are always analysing and trying to consistently lower our already stellar MTTR (Mean Time To Repair).
Repairs, Refurbishment and Modernisation

Big jobs are no problem. We will work around your companies’ downtime requirements to repair or refurbish any equipment that requires it. We will also work with you to design and modernise any current equipment, from upgrading your PLC’s to converting from DC Motors to AC ones, we will find a solution for your needs.
